Yes, we do offer custom payment methods and invoicing for Enterprise customers.

All plans operate on a monthly cycle, with usage tracked monthly. If you're on a free plan, your APIs will pause if you reach the usage limit before the cycle ends. However, if you have a paid plan, there is no fixed limit, allowing for unlimited API calls.

The Pro plan is charged up front and billed at the start of every monthly cycle. Any additional usage beyond the included invocations will be billed at the end of a month.

As we are in Beta. Both our API structure and pricing might change in the future. However, it is our commitment to keep prices cost effective at scale and developer friendly.

Your subscription will be set to cancel at the end of the billing cycle. You can continue using the API until the cycle ends. Any usage beyond the included invocations will be charged to the payment method on file before plan cancellation. If you wish to cancel the plan immediately and forgo any remaining usage, please contact us at support@jigsawstack.com.
